Training is broken down into two parts: a preparation day in France (1) and the stay in the United States (2). 1 - Preparation Day
During this work day fellows: - Learn about pressure groups in France such as Contribuables Associés. - Overview certain aspects of the American political and economic systems. - Select their topic of study during the fellowship. - Discuss the various ideas and individuals they will encounter during the fellowship 2 - The trip to the U.S.
During the stay in the U.S., fellows with work on political doctrine (seminars), political technology (training schools), and discover high level political, economic and media personalities (meetings) - Seminars Fellows discover authors; learn economic and political ideas from ranking intellectuals in the U.S. During these seminars fellows will also work on practical cases. (Visits include Intercollegiate Studies Institute, Institute for Humane Studies, etc.) - Training Schools Fellows learn valuable political technology including marketing, communication and lobbying. - Meetings Fellows meet with: - Political leaders including senators, congressmen, and party leaders; - Activists including directors of associations and think tanks; - Experts in the field of economics, history and geopolitics.
