The selection procedure

A jury reviews all of the candidates applications before holding one on one interviews. During the interview, candidates are asked to give an overview of their political or civil society involvement as well as their motivation to attend the Fellowship.

A brief portion of the interview is conducted in English to test the candidates level. Once all interviews have been conducted, the jury meets to select their top 6 candidates.

Those selected will be informed within 24 hours.
